David Smith5 StarMy work vehicle needed an oil change and minor service. Easily booked in using the website and details confirmed in a very friendly manner by telephone. I chose to wait while the work was completed as it was only around 90 mins. I was offered a chance to have the car washed and hoovered out for free as part of the service, as it was in need of cleaning I opted for this. Because it is a work vehicle, my boss was responsible for payment, the whole process of having the invoice sent to him and confirming payment was politely and efficiently handled. Everything was done in time and done very well and the whole experience felt calm, relaxed, efficient and professional.
The car was lovely and clean, my boss wanted me to ask for a copy of the invoice to be emailed to him for his records, I was told that this had been done anyway without me even needing to ask.
I highly recommend this dealership based on my experience and in particular I would like to thank Stephanie on the service reception for making it a good couple of hours, she is a credit to the team.Friday 22nd April 2022
