An excellent service was provided on my visit last Saturday. I dropped the car in for a brake service as indicated by the cars service schedule. The car was checked over, service intervals reset, and a video provided. Brakes were fine and no maintenance was required, there was no charge for any of these actions. I will be returning to Listers for all of my maintenance requirements.

I have used Listers a number of times and have always found the service and reception top be good and friendly, this time was the same standard. Sadly I did have an issue with the valet, when the car was handed over to me I immediately noticed that the plastic in front of the gauges etc. was smeary and sticky, it looked awful. I pointed this out to service consultant who dealt with me, he apologised and wiped it clean however after leaving the site the smears came back up, I retuned to the site and again the service consultant apologised and took the car back to the valet department, when it was returned to me I rejected it again so the whole process was repeated. Great this time it was returned as clean as it was when I left the car with them. Sad that a small thing spoils the best efforts of most of the staff and loses a 5 star review.

Came in for an MOT this time. Michael Jupp always gives excellent service. I've been going to Listers for over 10 years and have never had any cause for complaint. Keep up the great work, especially over this COVID time.
