So happy to find this company. I took my iPhone in to get a new battery, but the problem turned out to be much more serious. John went beyond the call to get my iPhone repaired and back to me in double quick time. Great prices, too. I’ll never use anyone else for my IT needs from now on.

Absolutely fantastic, thought my iPhone had been comprised, rang up. John said come down straight away, which I did. John was very quick in running the necessary checks, all ok thank goodness. Can’t fault the service, brilliant, highly recommend everyone to use the company if ever they have a problem with pcs or phones. Thanks John

Took my gaming laptop in after it had stopped working. There was good customer service, they worked out quickly that the problem was with the motherboard. However, when discussing options, I was told I would be able to get it repaired and I was given a rough quote for the part and repair. What was not made clear is that motherboards very rarely become available and it was not economical to repair. (Having spoken to other shops who said it was not worth repairing months later). Communication was one sided with me phoning for updates and feeling in limbo left without a laptop for months over christmas and new years hoping for a supplier to have the part. Overall the service was okay but I feel the options weren’t explained to me very well and they made promises that they couldn’t keep on the timeframe I was looking for.
