I've visited Lincolnshire flooring on several occasions, & always found the staff to be very knowledgeable, informative & helpful. On this visit I purchased floor tiles. The customer service was ☆☆☆☆☆ I was also shown different types of brass/ gold threshold strips; I went with the screw fitting. The gentleman serving me went above and beyond, to find me the correct screws that went with the bar, & also helped me load the car. Great service, couldn't ask for better Many thanks

We had recently moved into a new office where the carpet was worn and tired. Zach came to quote very quickly and helped advise us with the right colours and also gave a great quote which was excellent value for money for the job they have done. Made our new office look so much better so thanks Zach and we would recommend to anyone else looking for a freshen up of the floor.

Tried to order blinds through this company as they act as a representative for VBH blinds at Grantham. Had measurements done placed the order paid deposit and accepted the required lead time for delivery. On the agreed date nobody turned up and when we enquired with VBH as to what was happening we were told Lincolnshire flooring had not even put our order through. We took this up with Lincolnshire flooring the response was rude they lied about the order and told us it was our fault. There is too much to wright now so let's just say avoid this poor unprofessional company. If you are looking for blinds deal direct with VBH or other of your choice do not go through Lincolnshire flooring. Glad we did not use Lincolnshire flooring for our carpets.

Had our floor levelled and Amtico LVT installed. Not enough floor levelling compound had been accounted for, despite someone measuring and assessing the job, this then added an additional £500+ to the invoice. Not sure how this amount could have been so wrong and at such a high cost. I then had to battle to get a refund on the bags not used. Long story short, the fitter was great but the Administration poor. Invoices not transparent. Make sure if you do place an order that the invoice has everything listed with a cost against each item. Expensive lesson learned for us.
