Like others, Rob engaged initially, we met up, he asked for photos, explained how he would do the job, told us he'd send us a quote via email then never got back to us, didn't reply to messages or answer calls. A waste of our time as we just really wanted to get the job done and if he couldn't do it, he just needed to say and we would have looked for someone else.

Rob recently removed our old bathroom and installed a new one for us as well as our downstairs toilet. He did an excellent job of everything from the pipework to the units and the installation itself, made more admirable by the fact our bathroom was so small. Rob dealt with everything in a professional manner and ensured we were happy throughout. Shout out also goes to his tiler, electrician and plasterers who did a top notch job and worked quickly and efficiently to a high quality. We also got on well with Rob and his guys on a personal level, they were all good lads and easy going - we certainly didn't begrudge making them a cup of tea! We are using Rob again for a gas installation and will be using his tradesmen for other jobs as we were so happy with them.

as others have said, don't bother and don't waste your time with this guy. not only was he rude when i got the lmf title the wrong way round he failed to turn up. when i tried to call to see if he was still coming it went to voicemail, and he still has not had the manners to return my call 3 days later. It may of been a small job but i was looking for quotes for bathroom and cloakroom refub also, rookie mistake on his part.

LFM have installed a pressurised hot water system and radiators at my property and I cannot fault the professionalism, quality and value of their service. Would highly recommend.

i asked Rob to change the taps on my bath and the basin taps. This job was done quickly and there was no fuss at all. i would recommend him.
