Unfortunately the chain broke and we were left with the scenario that we would most likely not be able to proceed with the purchase. Thankfully a solution was found and we were able to continue. All through this Matt was extremely helpful in every regard going beyond what I would expect of anyone and at all times being professional and thoughtful! I recommend Lewis White without hesitation and that’s why we give 5 stars as they offer a service which in our opinion has been second to none and has helped us to secure our new home which at times seemed impossible but thankfully became a reality!

Amazing, an estate agent staffed by grown ups! Every member of staff was quietly professional and helpful. Even before I viewed my buy-to-let they reviewed my renovation plans and gave me an expected rental appraisal with and without the various levels of work. They allowed me to have three relaxed viewings, exactly when I asked for them, and gave me great ideas and suggestions whilst I was planning what to do to the property. It actually felt like a I was dealing with a group of my mates or colleagues, rather than being sold to. I met several people and all had a detailed knowledge of the history of the property. I also felt they shared in my excitement in the purchase process. I would definitely use them again.
