I had an excellent experience shopping here. I got help from this lovely ginger lady working there she gave me great advice, she was very knowledgable about all the different styles of jeans, helped me find the right ones and she was very friendly.

I had an amazing customer service experience. From the minute I walked in the door, Maddie was super helpful and she used photos and her past experience as a tailor to find the right size jeans for my brother who was not with me. All the other staff were super attentive and helpful as well, from the cashier to the fitting room assistant. As someone who lives in London and has travelled to many Levi’s stores around the UK, I’d go as far as to say this is the best Levi’s I’ve seen!

Young girls in there all very busy chatting and giggling. Had to ask for help, the young girl didn't have a clue about the products and actually told me they had no bootleg jeans until i found them myself.. there was no knowledge, no interest and we left while she hurried back to her girlie talk
