We contracted Carl to transform our loft space. What we had was just a large storage room with no natural light and weak floor, only fit for storing everything that you don't need in everyday life. Now we have two sunny bedrooms and half-bath. It's a bright, warm and comfortable living space- completely unrecognizable. Everybody seeing it now are very impressed. See for yourself, we attached a few pictures from before and after and the change is striking. Carl himself is the most reliable and hardworking tradesman we ever seen. Always on time, never any excuses and always doing his best. He seems to have infinite amounts of patience and will explain and answer all the questions and concerns you might have from the beginning of the process to the very end. We will recommend him and his company to anyone who wants their building project done professionally and with minimum hassle.
