Note one of these reviews is from the owner - Steven Akhurst They offer guarantees, but fail to honour them - 10 year guarantee for a watertight roof, I currently have 7 buckets in my house catching leaks made worse by this company. Currently going through legal process to rectify poor work performed. Not recommended for felt / bitumen roofs, as they do not read data sheets for products used, work in a dangerous manner and then do not fix poor quality work. Rogue Trader - Avoid

Very happy with the service LEACH BUILDING MAINTENANCE provided!!! We had work done on are house a new roof ! and couldn't be happier the lads were great and very professional worked very hard long hrs to get the job done, would like to highly recommend this company and saddest you get intouch with them for all your roofing needs , thanks again lads Steven & nancy .

Didn't arrive until lunchtime, if at all, over a week. Paintwork carried out on our soffits and fascias is poor quality, slapdash, and flaking off already. They are not responding to phone calls or emails and obviously have no intention of honouring their fake guarantees. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Roof is leaking again! Fixed our roof and guaranteed the work however now the roof is leaking again they won’t respond to calls, emails or texts.
