Really helped a best man in need on the morning of the wedding! Gave my shirt a pristine iron and I was off ready for the day. Prompt service, very understanding, incredibly nice staff. I'm very appreciative of Laundry Basket's help!

Really great service, the guys from Laundry Basket really helped our team from Houghton Festival with our laundry, turn around in literally a couple of hours. Will definitely be coming back and could not recommend a better laundrette. Thank you guys

Absolutely appalling! Took 2 bags of washing in for a service wash, and everything that was white is now pink! They have ruined clothes, towels & bedding totalling around £85…I can’t believe that they put all the washing together in one machine, when it was obvious to see that there were colours that needed to be separated. How stupid can these people be? The guy didn’t seem bothered by what had happened, and just shrugged it off. He then said he would get his wife to call me….I am still waiting for the call! Terrible service, awful attitude. I will never go there again!

Washer broken so Robert very kindly did a service wash ,and dry .speedy service and all bedding beautifully presented back to me ,in only a few hours ! Didn’t even need ironing ! Highly recommend

Been on holiday 5 days ran out of clean clothes and towls as you do Popped down the the laundrette friendly guy took the washing done a full service wash all folded and dry that afternoon very reasonable price and excellent service. 100% recommended 👌
