Kevin Mulligan5 StarI have been going to lamsdons now for about 9 months last year i had a big problem with my van it was running poor with a fuel problem. they did a full clean threw from the tank to the injectors then changed the timming belt from the fule pump as the fule timming was out. then changed the thermostat and heater switch and the van has never ran better than it dose now. the other day i sprung a leek in the water pipe took it to lambsdons and they orderd me a new one from the main dealers unfortunately they do not do that part for my old van as it has been discontinued. Ho no i was in a wright panic as i would not have a clue where to get one from but they did but its imported and wont be here for a few weeks. But i need my van for my work as i do house removals i said to them just put some better tape than i have put on it and get me on the road. But they wernt having any of that rubbish they did a repair that i could not believe as im doing a lot of removals over the next few weeks they realy got me moved with all there help to keep me earning in this very difficult time . Dean was brilliant not letting my van leave the garage till he was perfectly satisfied. All of the staff have been great and also they gave me a lift home and dropped my van to my home. Ash Achar1 StarWorst place to go to. Poor communication. Exorbitant cost. Battery change recommended by RAC. Halfords did it on my drive for 132 GBP. . These guys wanted 225 GBP. No one is really interested in you or your car. No manager spoke to me when I asked. Not sure if any engineer had done a proper assment. RAC recommended but steer clear.Monday 21st March 2022
