Shopped here because Ipswich branch closed. Very good service, knowledgeable staff. My favourite purchases were the Victorinox 3 small knife set (£16.99 and a good investment if you want decent lightweight reliability) and a dinky measuring jug which we travel with when self catering. Also visited the Edinburgh and Northallerton branches which were equally as good!

Thank you to the member of staff I spoke to today. She was not only able to find me everything I needed, but she spotted that I had a Farrow & Ball bag on me and started a lovely conversation about different paint colours. She even showed me a few of her favourite colours on her computer screen by the till and offered a few hints and tips. I don't tend to write reviews, but I thought I would do so today because proper customer service is not often easy to come by.

Very useful shop as I love to cook when I have the time and I find lots of useful things here. Lots of quality items to pick through but the price reflects the quality. Staff are very helpful and welcoming as well as available to answer questions.

Have been a customer of Lakeland for a long time. Great selection of kitchen appliances, gadgets etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful and overall find Lakeland an excellent shop. 😃

I love this place. When we had clothes moths at the cottage went to Lakeland and bought lavender moth kill for clothes and wool carpet. The most amazing gadget a spice roller. You just slab all your spices on a board intended for a meal. Rollover the spices and they are perfectly dices for fish and poultry. Hot peppers; garlic and parsley and lemon sliced perfectly just roll and voila!
