I find it surprising how much kitchen stuff I didn't realise I needed til I go in this shop! From toaster tongs to spider repellent, they have it all. If there is something specific you want, you're sure to find it here. Expect to pay a little bit more for things in here though.

Lakeland is really expensive. however, everything that I have brought from them, comes with a 3 year guarantee. Also, the quality of the products are really good. When I want a product for life, I shop at Lakeland.

Outstanding customer service! My partner had some gift vouchers for Christmas a few years ago. We misplaced them during a house move and only found them last week to find they had just expired. He emailed Lakeland and customer service responded straight away. A few emails back and forth and they are now sending him a new £60 voucher in the post which they weren't really obliged to as it was our mistake. Thank you Lakeland. Very helpful!

Excellent service provided by Jake in store today. I found him to be very helpful, personable, well presented and full of enthusiasm. He took time and effort to assist me with product lines available, giving constructive and knowledgeable advise on cleaning materials/products. He also located for me washing-up pad e-clothes that had only recently arrived in store and not yet on display. I appreciated his help and assistance, thank you.
