I ordered a few pieces of fabric for my girlfriend's birthday. They were sent in the time window that was promised on the website. According to my girlfriend the fabric is of good quality. Mostly importantly, when I had a question the customer service responded timely and very politely. Would order again.

Found them to not value the customer experience with a short sighted view on resolving issues (that were caused by their error). They are steadfast in their “computer says no” attitude when they make a mistake on an order. I won’t be ordering from them again.
