Donna Vick5 StarA fantastic well equipped friendly gym, that is family run, very welcoming and cares about showing their clients a better way to fitness. Max is a brilliant trainer, very enthusiastic and able to adapt every exercise to suit the individuals needs.
I have now been training here now for two and a half months, I am four kilos lighter and would recommend La Palestra 100%.Wednesday 7th September 2022
J H-Z5 StarA wonderful gym I can't recommend highly enough. Sparkling clean, well equipped and professional, experienced and supportive trainers. This is a family business and you can tell, because the staff really care about making everyone's gym experience worthwhile. The classes are excellent, in 30min you can get a fantastic workout and they are always happy to adjust an exercise to any issues you might have.Sunday 4th September 2022

This is only my 2nd gym I've ever used and having had a negative experience at the last one I was somewhat cautious about joining another one. I have absolutely nothing but praise for this small and very welcoming gym. The team are very friendly and always available to give some guidance and support.
