Bekhruz Egamshukurov1 StarI had an issue with air con it was making nose when I switch. So the guy checked it. who’s sitting on reception desk. He didn’t even open the bonnet and he start to say something need to change at all from inside. Idk what it was. But he’s giving me advice that it will not fix it. And their garage Kwik Fit is not fixing like this issues. Why ? Then I go another garage same day they checked and fix it within 30 min. And they told me it wasn’t broke anything from inside. Mechanic told me it’s was plastic touching each other. In general it’s not good without checking the car and giving advice for costumer. Looks like he has50 years experience.Monday 14th August 2023

Very polite gentleman at the reception who communicated well with me and let me know how long they would be and if they came into any delays that he would call well in advance to my pick up time. Always brokered a deal
But that company was bought and when I asked about a deal the answer was a huge sorry No
So I ordered the tyres and then rang Kwik fit
Instant yes we can help
Details taken
I entered the branch was made to feel a customer
I did not ask for discount and I saved £150.00
So it's safe to say guess what the other vendor is now not my first choice

Contacted Kwik Fit Sunday
Due this depot being fully booked until Tuesday therefore could not give me a definite repair booking until Wednesday alternative arrangements were made.Wednesday 29th March 2023
