Kirsty T5 StarHad a last minute issue with my car the day before I was due to leave for my holiday. I called kwikfit as they were the only place open on a Sunday, and took my car in. The crew were very friendly and Helpful, and did my car the following morning quickly easily. Super efficient and went out of the way to sort it out in the morning. Went in for an MOT this time and the mechanic remembered a query I had with the car from 4 months ago, and asked if it had been rectified with the manufacturer. James Bradley5 StarBrilliant garage with fantastic, polite and friendly staff. Nearly two weeks ago (28/03), I booked my polo in for a free tyre check with Kwik fit as I was driving to York and back that weekend and I wanted to make sure that I was safe to do so. The staff went above and beyond checking the whole car, not just the tyres, which I was booked in for - which I really appreciate-. The only thing that I needed was the coolant topping up! I felt confident in getting their opinion as they had conducted an MOT for me in January and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received then - Something that comes very rarely when you are a young driver as most see you as naive!-. Thank you very much for taking the time to check that my car was safe for the journey, It went very smoothly after the reassurance!Thursday 7th April 2022
