Nothing beats a classic British Carvery. Ours is served fresh and features succulent slow-cooked meats, home-made Yorkies & veg that changes to suit the season!

Whether your bringing the whole family or enjoying a night off from the kids, we have plenty of options for everyone.

How about trying one of our show stopping burgers such as the Ultimate Southern Fried Chicken Burger? Or, If you fancy a pub classic, try our Steak and Ale Pie or much loved Hunters Chicken.

Let’s not forget our drinks range is just as brilliant. Relax with a real ale, premium draught beer, or a glass of wine. Or grab a coffee to go with one of our delicious desserts!

First visit with a large group of netball friends. More than enough space for us to sit together. Everyone was pleased with their coffees and soft drinks. Lovely decor . Large car park. Didn't read the menu but people were eating .

Lovely meal here, was passing through the area and stopped for lunch with my parents. There was a very friendly and helpful lady working who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely eat here again.

I was told this was the place to go for a carvery , but it wasn't everything I had hoped for........ but certainly also wasn't the worst. They catch you out with so called "Sunday prices instead of the menu price." This was strike one for me. Then you are expected after paying nearly 20£ for a roast dinner to cough up another 4£ to have mash potato with your meal......... The food wasn't bad really but wasn't the best i had wished for.. there want any cauliflower cheese either. Sins , sins , sins. I think my review is genuine and generous. Enjoy folks.

This was my first visit to the Knot and Plough and enjoyed my visit. The bar staff were pleasant and very welcoming and there was enough seating for us all. There is a good range of beers to choose from, and there is a car park at the back also.
