I had a complete service of the bike, change of brake pads and new lights - the bike came back as good as new! Christian is very knowledgeable and is taking a lot of pride in his work. Super friendly service and all at a very reasonable price!

Took my son's bike here after he damaged the gears. He quickly managed to find a new part and fit it for us. Also whilst having the bike, he adjusted the brakes and straightened the front wheel. The whole time I was kept up to date via text message. All in all, it was a great service and great customer service. Thank you.

Very happy with the service, it has been quick and efficient. So happy that I found one that is both local (Kingsmere, Bicester) and reliably faster. The most I liked is the free home pick up and drop service for people living locally plus free fix for punctures. Keep up the good work Chris :)

I can't praise Kingsmere Bikes highly enough; it's very obvious that Christian genuinely cares about the quality of his work and customer service, both of which are outstanding. Whilst my bike was in for a King service, I received photos and short videos to show everything done - it's really reassuring to be able to see how much care is being taken over detailing and to ensure longevity of all moving parts. It was also really helpful to be kept informed of progress through clear communications. The final result was ridiculously good; it's a cliché to say that the bike looked better than new but that was definitely the case and, riding home, I realised that it rode better than ever too. The drive train was smoother and quieter than ever before and the brakes are sharp and secure. In fact, everything has been finished with impeccable care and skill. To top it all off, the service was exceptional value for money - far more affordable than comparable levels of service in the local area. I would recommend Kingsmere Bikes without hesitation and will definitely be back again!
