They told me they couldn't MOT my van is apparently a class 7 vehicle, but it's a campervan, windows in the side, and no heavier than 3000kg which makes it a class 4. I've since been told by other similar van owners, that an MOT station is able to change the class of MOT test, and they should test it as presented - a campervan. They also added extras to my bill even when I specifically asked them to call me first before any extras were done, I never got a call regarding them. They topped the AdBlue up when I'd no notification on dashboard that it needed topping up, and replaced the wipers which weren't faulty (the windscreen was smearing because someone had put polish on the windscreen before I bought it) I've since got my van booked in for an MOT at a station near me who know which class my van actually is. I certainly won't be using this garage again, for any work on any vehicle in future. Just had a phone call from the garage, thanking me for my review, apparently it's very helpful to them (sarcastic much?) but this review is to help any future users not the garage itself. I may be a lady owner but that dosent mean I know nothing about my vehicle, and it's about time garages stopped treating us differently!

Had my car MOT'd at this garage they were extremely friendly and found them to be genuine they weren't looking for work as many garages do have been going there for a long time now for my MOTs and other work I would highly recommend these genuine people I would recommend you to try them for yourselves thank you Steve
