tim firmin5 StarAbsolutely superb pub. Great food, beer, decor, clean, full of character, recently decorated and put up with us on 3 occasions Oct half-term. One of the best. For a small kitchen the food was outstanding. Great walk from the front door down to whitwell-Reepham station. The staff were friendly and full of chat and advise. Philip Sherborne4 StarThis seems like a nice little pub. I could not fault the food and thoroughly recommend the flat iron streak. It was great value for money also.
The only reason that it is not a 5 star review is I seemed to get forgotten by the staff, no one seemed to want to take my dessert order or bring my bill.Friday 28th October 2022

We had a family meal here last night amd it was a great place to be.
The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious.
There was a good selection of beers available.

Tom Pask5 StarA must visit traditional pub. Very friendly staff and landlords. Nice atmosphere. Great food and portion sizes at very reasonable costs. And a good selection of drinks.
