One of their staff, elderly woman with gray hair, is impolite and lacks respect for customers. I don't think she understands what good customer service is.

I went yesterday to send a few parcels. I'm not sure if this is everyday life now. But customer service a bit of politeness and respect costs not a single penny. The amount of hours I sat watching videos on customer services. Training. I could write a book on it. But today... I won't say too much as I've seen this way too often You can't get the staff.

Just like many others, I went only to discover it was closed. The online (Google maps and the post office website) opening times are totally incorrect. Unsure if the in store opening times are correct.
