We cannot recommend Jayne at Kibworth Properties enough. The experience we had with Jayne was so personal. Right from our first meeting with Jayne she was so enthusiastic about selling our house and gave us fantastic advice throughout the whole process. Jayne sold our house incredibly quickly and helped us to get the price we were looking for. The photos taken of the property were excellent. If you are looking at selling your house go straight to Kibworth Properties as they really are fantastic!

We are writing this review to recognise the excellent service we’ve received from Jayne Blackburn from Kibworth Properties. I think it would be fair to say we have been nightmare clients, changing our minds several times, and requiring prolonged periods of time to make decisions. Throughout the year (!!!) that it has taken us to finally decide to sell a property and buy another, Jayne has remained patient, and compassionate. She has provided honest advice and suggestions and been really careful to not make us feel under any pressure at all. In fact, at one stage, when an elderly member of the family in particular was in two minds about what to do, Jayne advised him to remove the property (she had worked so hard to sell for an excellent price) from the market and take time to think about what to do in the future. What we feel really sets Jayne apart is her calm, unphased and kind nature, and her focus on the ‘humans’ behind the houses that she markets and sells. Jayne always responded promptly and resolved problems effectively. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of property sales and purchases and clearly cares about providing her clients with the best service possible. Our family live all over the city, and those that are elderly are not at all IT savvy. As a result, Jayne visited them all at their homes, with hard copies of documents and went through every individual form with them meticulously, ensuring they absolutely understood everything, and were fully informed in every aspect of the sale and the purchase. Jayne's dedication, responsiveness and commitment to customer service have made a real difference to our family at a difficult time. A relaxed customer focussed approach was just what we needed, and that’s something that’s missing in today’s fast paced business environment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kibworth Properties and they would definitely be the only estate agents we would use in the future.

Fantastic service and professionalism on all accounts. This agent went well beyond our expectations.We purchased a property being advertised by Kibworth Properties and the sale/purchase had many complexities due to the vendor’s residing in East Asia, but the complexity was easily negotiated by the agent which gave us great confidence to proceed with the purchase. I would recommend Jayne Blackburn of Kibworth Properties , as very professional and knowledgeable and has the ability to make the process of purchasing or selling a property even in a difficult market situation a comfortable experience. 5 stars all the way.

Absolute 5 star perfect service all the way through,100% recommended. We are first time buyers which can be a daunting prospect but we felt supported by Jayne from start to finish, what we liked the most was the time and care that was taken to get to know us to match us up to the right property, she answered all of our questions and was always available when we needed her. Jayne has a vast amount of experience in the business and this became even more important during the conveyancing stage where she continued to support both sides of the sale and was very proactive in helping with completion. Thank you so much Jayne for everything we love our new house.
