Gave 3 stars as the food was good. Went to the drive through. Told to wait in the car park for the food. Loads of cars already waiting. Somebody kept coming out with orders. After 20 minutes went in to see what was going on. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. My bag was on the counter. Got home. No bucket. Chips were tipped out of the bag in the carrier bag. Chicken in another bag inside OK. Needs a big shake up.

Pulled in the drive through, 5 minutes to order. Waited a further 25 minutes. After seeing 5 deliveroos being picked up decided to go in to get it. Is that, cos they earn more from deliveries than the actual visitors. What's the point in having a takeaway? So next time you fancy southern fried chicken go to a supermarket!!!

We've been using this KFC for a couple of years now but for the last two visits we've had to wait between 25-30 mins & as others have stated seen 3-4 delivery drivers in & out whilst waiting but last night I had to return our food as it was served cold. I asked for the manager, a young chap arrived, he was polite & apologetic & offered a replacement or our money back ( I wasn't about to wait another half hr) his explanation was they were short staffed but it didn't stop the delivery drivers served first. Very disappointed, we will not be using this KFC again. Not acceptable.
