This is a first class service provided by a skilled, pleasant, polite and helpful team. We have this service regularly for gutter cleaning and have always been pleased with the results, in addition to that, they respond very quick to any email enquiries you may have. I strongly recommend the cleaning service they supply.

Kev's team have been cleaning my windows for a year and in that time have managed to crack 2 panes of glass on the upper levels!!! I told them to go easy with the sponge on the stick because the glass is thin (it's a four story Georgian town house). Kev refused to take responsibility for the damage saying the glass was thin so it's not his fault that it cracked. If he'd told me at the beginning that he wouldn't take responsibility for for damaging them I would never have used his services.

First Clean wasn't the best. To be told - your windows were really dirty! We Agreed every 2 months.Tthe schedule got all messed up and in 8 months we was expected to pay for 5 windows cleans. My maths is not the best but that isn't every two months. When I called to complain about this I was told I was arrogant, they couldn't get all the paperwork together to show when they had come and they also wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain I was looking and my bank statement and could tell them when I paid which didn't add up and then they hung up on me twice. Poor service and poor customer service. I would spend your £13 per clean else where.
