Covid-19 Protocol

In light of the decision made by the Government to allow schools to reopen, our team have taken steps to prepare for our site to reopen to our students. 

The health and safety of our students and tutors is our highest priority, therefore with the following measures put into place, we will resume our classes for all students in the near future. 

·       All staff will be asked about their wellbeing on arrival, and temperature tests will be taken.

·       All students will be asked about their wellbeing on arrival, and temperature tests will be taken, providing an adult has given consent.

·       Any individual who records a temperature test of above 37.5 degrees Celsius will be refused entry and alternative arrangements will be made.

·       Each individual who enters will be required to use the hygiene station at the entrance. It will be available for all staff and students.

·       Before each session, all desks, handles, and appliances will be thoroughly sanitised.

·       After each session, all desks, handles, and appliances will be thoroughly sanitised.

·       Each of our learning rooms are spacious, non-air conditioned, and in line with the new procedures; will only be occupied by a maximum of 5 students per class. (This is a massive reduction in ratio in comparison to a school setting)

·       Social distancing will be enforced, each student will be separated by two metres based on government guidance. 

·       Students will be encouraged to remain distanced within the premises.
