If I could give no stars I would. We live in ashford, and we rent a property from them. They are the worse agencies we have have rented from. You have a problem they just forget to sort things out. I don’t know if it’s because we live in Ashford and they’re in dover but it shouldn’t matter. They take forever to fix things. When I chased them up they said oh we don’t actually have anyone working for us that go to Ashford!! Urm well you have a property in Ashford so… they then hired some cowboys that did bodge jobs around the house ‘fixed’ the fence and of course it has come down again. Still waiting a whole month later and not heard a single thing. Lost felt on top of the shed the bloke thought he had fixed it but said oh he must of fixed someone else’s in Ashford… not heard anything back since. So everything in the shed is completely ruined. If you have a house in Ashford and want to rent it through these. I really wouldn’t if I was you.

Giving 1 Star because you can't put 0. The people at this estate agents are so unprofessional. Apparently my credit check failed and was not possible to proceed without a gaurantor. Despite my earnings being significantly higher than the gaurantor needed to earn. Despite it being the landlords final say as to whether they are happy to proceed with a tenant - they still refused to explain my circumstances to the landlord and wouldn't even pass a letter onto them from myself. The main reason I am giving this negative review is because I have since applied for and been approved for a mortgage. The lenders used the same referencing company as Dover Letting Agency and did not have any concerns. This has proved that it was the estate agents being difficult and no major concerns with my credit. The company is a shambles. There were times I had called and the staff would respond to me with "yeah what do you want to know?" very abruptly. They were not helpful in anyway and made the whole experience difficult for me. They would not explain anything to me unless I asked for explanations. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would recommend at all costs to avoid.
