I desperately needed a new bed! I was not able to visit the store in person, yet with their expertise they were able to offer me a number of choices which were communicated by email based on my preference. My new bed is perfect! The delivery was prompt, my bed was put together in no time. Something that would have taken me a lot longer to do! I was given advise on mattress turning (something you should do!) Anyway they were also disposed of my old bed and even posted me a mattress protector.
Perfect service. Thank you. I can rest peacefully and very comfortable now. Refreshing to have people who genuinely want to provide a first class service and make their customers feel nothing is too much trouble.
