First time I've used this firm, and no issues with service or the vehicle provided.. prices seemed very competitive too, without costly hidden extras, as can sometimes be the case. Overall very good, service, & would use this firm again.

I was quoted a price on the phone so I agreed to the hire. When I arrived I was told the price was £156. When I argued this he said he could do it for £144 including tax. This was incredibly disappointing but I needed the van so had no option but to accept it. Then on return of the van I was charged £156 from my account. I have emailed them twice to get the money refunded but have heard nothing back. Just really disappointing. Apart from that everything was fine.

Excellent service for weekend hire package, which quickly and affordably provided us with a top range Ford transit which was perfect for the job. Admin prior to collection was quick and concise, not wasting our time but making sure we had all the information we need. One of the only companies in the area that allows you to drop the van off over the weekend rather than having to pay the extra days hire to Monday. What was even better about the service was that when we dropped the van back on Saturday, we left the keys to our new flat inside. Having panicked on Sunday morning, we direct messaged the company on facebook and received an instant reply saying they would get someone to the office for 1pm so that we could grab our keys from the van. This was on a Sunday when their office would normally be closed! Great service and couldn't recommend highly enough.
