I was very pleased with the service from Keay Roofing. They did a comprehensive survey with photos in order to provide a detailed quote. This included repair to a historic internal lead gutter, which another firm had quoted to replace entirely (and very expensively) with a plastic one. The workmen were quick, friendly and tidy, and there was a final inspection with "after" photos. A couple of minor issues were sorted immediately by Daniel - special thanks to him. I would definitely use the firm again

Professional from start to finish. Office communication excellent. Turned up on time and completed the job as quoted for the agreed price. No issues so far with the new valleys but I have no doubt that if there were any problems they would resolve them. Would use again.

Keays were recommended by my estate agent. I used them to rebuild a chimney and to replace a roof on a listed building. They were highly professional thoughout, took care of the listed building consent, were always available to answer questions and always replied promptly to any messages. The work they have done is excellent. They clearly have a good attention to detail and moreover the builders were very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and keeping dirt out of my house.

From my first call to the completion of the repair to our roof, the team were polite and friendly. They explained and discussed the process with us. The repair was photographed during the repair process and when completed everything was left neat and tidy.Very efficient and the repair seems to have done the job. I highly recommend this company.
