"Our Malamute Maisie has stayed a couple of times now and we couldn't be happier with the care and love she receives whilst staying! Kelly is amazing and the Picture and video updates we receive provide us with the comfort knowing that she is having a blast and thoroughly enjoys her time here! They had a fantastic time, we was kept updated with photos and our messages were answered straight away. When I went to collect the dogs they was more excited to see Kelly than me!! My dog sulked when we got him home he loved it so much he didn’t want to leave. We booked him in for a day and night. Friendly caring staff, very accommodating about drop off and pick ups and they obviously love dogs. Paperwork all ready for us to fill in when we arrived and it was a smooth handover and collection. Jaxs will definitely go back it’s a great kennels

Fully understand the short notice but to ignore my next contact asking to book my dog in for 4 weeks and then got ignored absolutely rude. The last time my dog was looked after he came out very worse for wars a total ear infection and we have only just got it under control. It’s a shame as I thought Karebear were a good kennel but I have reservations now especially as we were totally ignored. I’m not saying don’t board your dogs but be careful.

Not a review about the actual kennels but the booking process left me in the lurch! I called and also texted providing the dog's name, dates etc and had a quick response to confirm. They do not seem to take a deposit. By chance (and because I always double-check everything!) I called to confirm a week or so before we were due to go on holiday and they had not booked me in! I was apparently to blame as I had not confirmed their confirmation! They offered no assistance to find an alternative. Was a nightmare trying to find somewhere at short notice, especially as my dates included the Jubilee break. So, I would never risk booking with them in the future.

I have used kennels before and hadnt rated them at all, never had my dog gone back, Karebears was recommended to me and wow how surprised was i. I put my boy in for a day and haven't looked back, he absolutely loves it, he goes just because he enjoys it so much and even does sleep overs, his face says it all 💓

We use them regularly and our sausage dog loves it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend them.
