A very very beautiful experience. This will be my second return and many more visits to come. The technician is a wonderful professional individual who is always welcoming, friendly and knows what she is doing. The service is extremely easy to book online. I had to change my appointment few times and was able to do so as there is always flexibility. Thank you so much for your service and ANYONE wanting them lashes did please come here because you will be left speechless.

Safra is very friendly, and genuinely makes me feel so comfortable whilst she does my lashes. Ever since I first went to her she has always made sure to make my sets look perfect and is now the only person who I trust to do them !

Avoid this beauty clinic! I booked to get my lashes done here but had the worst experience. I had tried to call to book but I was told to book online. So I texted and asked to see what glue she used etc and then booked the appointment. At no point during these messages or when I booked with her did she text me and say that the addresses for her clinic was actually not the same one on Google or her website. And when I booked the appointment on the website no message came up saying this is the new address so please go here on the day not the one on Google. To be honest if you are trying to run a business the very least you should do is put your right address on Google and your website. So on the day I drove to first the website address and can’t find the place so I then drive to her Google address and still cannot find the clinic so finally I call her already 5 minutes late for my appointment because I ve been driving around trying to find her clinic and she informs me that in fact her website address and Google address are wrong! I can’t really believe this as this is such a bad way to run a business as I initially found her on Google and she can’t be bothered to give or change it to the right address on her website and Google! She said if I didn’t get to the new clinic location within 10 minutes she would cancel my appointment. There was no apology on her part. She said, and I quote, that it was my fault and I should have checked my confirmation email! I cannot believe how rude she was. I pointed out the fact we had been messaging the whole time and when I booked the appointment on texts she could have told me it was the wrong address online and given me the new one but because I didn’t open a confirmation email (even though she had already confirmed the appointment via text) it was my fault and on top of that she doesn’t refund the deposit. Now this feels like a huge scam. She only gives you 15 minutes to get to your appointment but if you drive to her addresses stated on her website and Google you actually cannot get to the new clinic address on time and she therefore keeps your money and doesn’t have to do any work for it! On top of all the after the phone call she wrote a text to me and ended it with ‘If you would like to book again please visit my website and use a new deposit’…the audacity to think I would ever book another appointment again especially after how rude she was on the phone! And even when I tried to book and call her she said she was busy and that I had to text. She clearly has no customer service skills and just wants your money without having to actually do the work.
