We had Karndean Heritage flooring fitted while we were away on holiday. The fitters have done a fantastic job, they were very reliable and left every where clean and tidy. We had matting fitted in the porch but they fitted the wrong colour, this was changed at no extra cost. 5 STAR customer service. We will be back!!

We had engineered wooden flooring put down last year in our lounge and couldn't be happier with the service we received from both Natasha in the shop and Gareth who fitted it. There were issues with getting the wood into the country (covid, brexit etc.) We were kept informed at all times and the fit was done as soon as it came in. Would 100% recommend. I'll be looking to use them again for my stairs and landing carpets this year for sure.

Very helpful team - didn't really understand the differences between all the wooden floors available and was talked through all my options - eventually went with the engineered wooden flooring - rustic oak for my lounge and couldn't be more pleased. Looks great and love the colour. The guy who came to fit it was lovely insisting on helping me move furniture - would highly recommend this company.

This is the 3rd time that we have used KSH to do our flooring and I wouldn't use anyone else. Tash is brilliant with her knowledge, advice and patience. The flooring fitter, Gareth, has made a brilliant job cutting around an open staircase and raised step so that it all looks perfect and seamless. I would not have any hesitation in recommending KSH to anyone.
