John Hewitt2 Starwell where to start... in fairness the lads did a good job on our roof there's no doubt of that But we had asked them for a report to which we were told 'ill send it in a couple of days with photos of all the work done' the couple of days passed and still nothing, bearing in mind they knew how much we needed it as we are selling our house. Also they were supposed to come back to fit an extractor tile, multiple calls not responded to so we arranged for someone else to do that job at which point he rings and says he'll come later as he's got the tile but it was too little too late. we never did receive the report so we won't get the10 year warranty promised.
