Very happy that they opened one in Lancs, but you can’t eat in. Previously went to the Manchester one. Here the delivery time is great and the food is just as good as other locations and BIG portions.

3rd time in a row of ordering where the order has been over an hour late. Rang up said it’s on the way, rang back 35 mins later and different person said it set off 5 mins ago. The place being busy is not an excuse, say that delivery will be 2 and a half hour, and I would have no complaints other than food slightly cold. Don’t make false promises on times as that is the most frustrating part of ordering takeaway. Food was nice, just not hot enough.

Ordered twice from here hoping it would be similar standard to the Manchester branch. First time waited over an hour and they got my order wrong and covered my food with cheese (must have thought I ordered a parmesan when I didn't). Gave them a second chance and food came fairly quick however the chicken was extremely hard and rubbery, like it had been frozen and not defrosted properly. Definitely something not right about that chicken as had upset stomach ever since. They have loads on the menu but after my experiences I won't be ordering again.

Terrible. Food never arrived after delivery being delayed twice. Tried calling but phone engaged. Later phone rang through. No customer service. Business does not deserve your money! We will spend ours elsewhere.

Never order from here. Used all frozen stuff over cooked burger but cold inside, extremely spicy wings and frozen soggy chips i have got an upset stomach and been vomiting.I thought this would be as good as the other branches but i was wrong it’s disgusting, sad to say.
