Anonymous Kent3 StarDisappointed, treatment overpriced for what it was, therapist lovely but not skilled enough. Spent alot of time making noise moving stuff around, not even trying to be quiet organising stuff throughout treatment than actually hands on for something relaxing.surely this should all be prepared beforehand. Paid for an hour treatment but ended after 45 mins. Was expecting big things for a skin specialty centre. I’ve been a beauty therapist for 20 years and expect better for that price. I don’t mind paying if it’s good but this wasn’t great. Also the floor in the treatment room was dirty. Don’t think I’ll be coming back ladies. Sorry.Saturday 12th February 2022

The staff are lovely from the moment you get into reception and they always do a great job.
