Martin Gallagher5 StarFrom sales through install to support, JPS have been exemplary. Ross explained clearly what he felt was the ideal system setup for me and why, he left me to make my decision. The install team were informative, quick and polite, leaving no mess. Steve Weatherley5 StarI have to say how hugely impressed I have been. Having done as much research before contacting any salesmen I had a decent understanding of solar installations and also had a good idea of my requirements.
I started to contact solar pv installers and found them to be slow to respond and one local company told me they wouldn't answer any questions until I was willing to confirm that I could go ahead with the installation within a month!
Then I made contact with JPS. Ross answered my questions straight away and wasn't pushy. In fact he was a total pleasure to deal with. As were the office staff in dealing with a couple of questions I had.
From the point of me ordering the installation they have exceeded my expectations. They have kept me informed at every stage of the process and done exactly as promised. On the day of installation it was raining all day, however the 3 installers never complained. They were polite, tidy and respectful. The installation is very neat and the system is out performing expectations. 5 stars..... I'd give higher if I was allowed!Tuesday 31st May 2022
