I could not believe the bad reviews Mr Williams has had. He has carried out at least three separate carpet fittings for us, and every one has been perfect. He and his son were polite, and nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were quite prepared to move even heavy items of furniture. I am a bit of a perfectionist, & I could not fault his fitting. Don't listen to these silly bad feedback! At least he turned up to do the work on time. unlike 95% of trademans in South Somerset who don't seem to care a s**t!!!

Brilliant. They arrived on time. Vinyl flooring was laid properly but without too much fuss. They moved heavy furniture, took doors off and replaced everything as it was. My family were very pleased with the end result. I will be using this supplier again.

I would never use this carpet fitter ever again and never have since he laid some vinyl for me in my kitchen several years ago. He took up only half of the existing vinyl and proceeded to lay the new over the top of the remaining old whilst l was out collecting my son (at the time from playgroup. He then told me he had taken up the old. I could not understand why there was a ridge and slight slope across the kitchen. This came to light when other work was done in kitchen. Not to be trusted, poor workmanship, would not recommend.

Johnathon turned up for a quote and quoted initially £1500 for kitchen laminate flooring but then said he would do it for £1000. Can’t understand why their van is in Jason’s name as the materials are purchased by and the obvious boss is the dad Johnathon. Johnathon had an attitude throughout the whole process during fitting especially after I asked things to be changed. They then promptly dumped all of the waste in my recycle bin and sarcastically refused to remove it when I asked for it to be emptied. I found original packaging in the bin and worked out the flooring and accessories came to just over £300! They had charged me £700 for a couple of hours work. I asked for an invoice and got two different versions where it was obvious Johnathon was trying to bump up the material costs and failed. Despite asking for some money back I was met with angry, sarcastic and rude texts and a challenge to take them to court. I didn’t as I have a chronic condition and haven’t got the energy. Don’t trust their prices. I got cheap 2.5 mm laminate when they stated it was top of the range flooring. Absolute rubbish. I would avoid them like the plague. They were living a few doors down from me so if they can do that to a neighbour, God help the general public.

Jonathan & his Son supplied and fitted carpets for me in my new home, they did a fantastic job & I am very pleased with the quality of the carpets that I chose, the excellent fitting of them & the price that I paid, I had previously had a quote from Carpet Right & Jonathan supplied & fitted my carpets for less than half the price that I was quoted from Carpet Right for the same quality carpets.They were both very professional, friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
