Disappointed. Visited to buy flea treatment for new puppy, but unable to buy as the manager doesn't work Saturdays! Won't bother shopping there again will go to Pets at Home instead. Helpful and embarrassed lady on the till.

Bought two budgies 6 months ago. They told us both were a couple of months old and that we had a male and female. Little did we know, the “female” turns out to be a male since the beak colour hadn’t come through. So just by that, we knew the real male was a little bigger, but definitely much much older than the “female.” £40 per bird and they lied to us about them both. Horrible. If you don’t know, don’t lie to a customer to make a sale. EDIT: It’s has been 8 months and the original male, has died. Budgies live 5-8 years. Jollyes will lie to you to get their sales. Their misinformation is insane!

Very good with friendly staff. It also has a vet there every Friday afternoon for jabs and worming which is considerably cheaper than the vets
