I had a problem with my Amazon drop off. According to Amazon, there was no record of me returning my parcel. When I called up, Trina, took matters into her hands and said she would call me back. Up till then, I had had no joy with Hermes myself. Thanks to her, it has all been sorted out! Thank you Trina.1

Trina has always greeted us with a welcoming smile and is very helpful, It is more fun taking duvet covers in to be washed and ironed than doing it yourself! We had unexpected guests due to arrive soon explained to Trina who proceeded to get them done to collect next day!Superb.

I washed my nurses uniform with a biro pen and it had a huge ink stain on the front pocket and I didn’t know what to do as it was so big I thought about just binning it but I took it to Johnson’s Cleaners to see if they could have a go at it I didn’t have high hopes as the ink stain was the size of my hand. I left it with them for 4 working days and collected it today. Honest to god I couldn’t even tell where the ink stain had been. It was immaculate!! So so so grateful to these guys in Bar Hill for saving me!! Thank you so much! I’ve recommended this service to all my NHS colleagues if this ever happens to them! Cannot thank them enough!! I even created a google account so I could leave feedback! Will be returning for sure.
