Really pleased with the work we had done in the bathroom, we had the bathroom extended a little and new shower tray tiling etc done. Jack and his team were extremely helpful and trustworthy after being let down by another builder. They made sure everything was water tight and safe and did a great job on all the finishing touches, nothing was too much trouble. Also cleaned up after themselves which is always a plus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

Very poor experience. Beware, they quoted me for a job in which they didnt even carry out half of. They then invoiced me for the full amount and demanded full payment for a job which they hadnt fully carried out. I was willing to pay for what was done but they refused to accept that. They took me to court for the full amount - the case was dismissed. The small amount of work they did carry out was to a very poor standard. I have since had to redo most of it. They even tried to fill a hole in a plaster wall with silicone sealant and tried to get away with it. I was furloughed at the time and since lost my job due to covid, yet these guys still tried to chase me for money for a job they hadn't completed. Disgraceful behaviour. Avoid.

Having been let down by tradesmen not returning calls etc I followed a neighbours advice and contacted JKPS. Prompt, trustworthy and excellent work done the same day. Highly rate and will be my “go to” property maintenance company from now on.

Had jk property services Coome to fit my oven and gas hob, they did an amazing job the gentleman that turned up to do it was polite and he knew what he was doing , would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work doing.
