Not only did Michael clear and clean the gutters but noticed the gutters next door’s might be what’s causing the drainage problems in my property. He came up with a few solutions and even chatted to the neighbour about it. I also got a good discount having decided - promptly after receiving the quote - to use this company. I live in Kent and my mother lives in Somerset so I am very wary about who I contact to do work on my mothers property as I can’t be there when they turn up.
I can’t praise Michael enough. I found him to be very polite, helpful and sympathetic to my concerns.
My mother had nothing but high praise for his work and his friendly manner.
