Terry Lloyd3 StarWent to fill up with petrol this evening at 20.30 hours. An arrogant message came over the tannoy to the effect " you have to pre pay first "
When I queried this at the desk I was informed that the pumps were prepay after 17.30 hours - there was no signage to this effect.
Once again there was an arrogant attitude of complete indifference, personally I will use another petrol station and suggest my friends and family do the same.
