Chartered Building Surveyor based near Hitchin in Hertfordshire.
I provide property advice to clients based in the Home Counties and North London. I have been working since 1990 in residential construction and conservation work.
Before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor I ran a successful building business for 15 years focusing on residential property development and building projects for clients.
During this period I also worked alongside sub contractors, mastering practical construction skills including: ground works, bricklaying; plastering, structural alterations and plumbing. It is this unique combination of practical, professional and academic experience that enables me to offer value to clients and communicate effectively at all levels within the industry.
