We had water pouring through our ceiling. There was a plumber to us about 45 minutes later who stopped the leak and had it repaired very quickly. I will be using this business again in the future. Mrs Edwards Fast & Efficient I called JEM at 2 am with a water leak coming through my kitchen ceiling. Dean arrived within 30mins and repaired the leak that night. JEM then arranged for a repair team to come out and repair the ceiling. Overall great service and well priced would use again and recommend to friends and family

I recently had a water leak in my kitchen which saturated the whole kitchen floor. I contacted several carpenters for quotes, most of which didn't bother to send me, so I was feeling very despondent. I then decided to look for a firm of contractors instead and found JEM. I spoke to Jamie who reassured me that they could do the job. I sent Jamie photos and then he and 3 of his colleagues came round to assess the floor. I had to wait for the insurers to sort out the claim and then gave the go-ahead to JEM. The sub-floor had to be replaced and Jordan did a brilliant job, the floor is now much more stable than beforehand. Then Adam came round to lay the floor tiles and he did an amazing job. The floor looks absolutely fabulous and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend JEM without any hesitation and will use them again for any other jobs. Iv just had JEM Property Solutions out to assemble some flat pack furniture for me. I am very pleased with how its turned out. Greg even offered to help me move a unit which I wanted moving but couldn't manage on my own. Greg left my apartment spotless and even took away the packaging. Will definitely use again.
