Jaizek moved me and stored my items for 1 week. Great service and rate option and weekly storage price. I would recommend to all my neighbours. They did a fantastic job moving my home in a single day.

We moved March 2021, Van was far too small for all our possessions despite giving a full itinerary before hand, therefore had to also load up 2 cars (was just lucky my brother came to help on the day and we had his car as well as our own). Driver didn't have any money for food so we even bought him some takeaway, whilst we were waiting for exchange of contracts to take place, we then got the call and almost rolled into another hour which would have cost extra so he (driver) was trying to convince us to pay him in cash for the additional hour rather than the company and he 'just won't tell them' . Really not professional. He seemed to have a disagreement on the phone with the company as the reception we booked through called him to check progress, it looked like there was an argument going on, he then passed the phone over to me to make payment. This was not a cheap move by any means, and I would not use this company again, we paid market price for not great service. Once payment was taken all our belongings were literally chucked into the house, all into the front two rooms. Some of the bags were ripped open during the throwing process and there were clothes strewn around the van and room. To top it all, our very expensive Sony camcorder went missing during the move containing sentimental videos of my children from their birth and other family occasions. One boy walked out on the job half way through the day so we have assumed he may have taken it as compensation for not being paid? Company Did not respond to emails and called several times and spoke to same receptionist who is pleasant enough however no details of drivers were ever given or bothered to check to see if they could get in contact with any of their staff on the day to return our very expensive camcorder. It's heart breaking that all those memories with my children we will never get back. I was heavily pregnant at the time and it was such a stressful move. Overall the initial experience during the phone booking was pleasant however the actual experience of the move and then to lose something with so much sentimental value was so upsetting that I would not recommend this company at all. I do not believe these guys actually own removal vehicles as the small van that actually came was not a company van it was a plain old van I believe probably belonged to the driver they used, they will not have vehicles suitable for your move. I contacted them by phone and then eventually had to send a email to the company as I was getting nowhere on the phone just false sympathies and no actual bother to try and find my lost property. Email totally ignored and didn't bother to contact so I had to resort to making a police report to report the item stolen in the hope if it was tried to be sold on it may be found via the serial number as we still had the original box

We moved from Kent in October and Jaizek sent two men to dismantle, wrap and pack up and take care of everything!! They were brilliant, caring and packed the furniture extremely well. It went into storage and when we found a place to stay they worked around us to get the furniture to us. And to the unseen heroes working at head office, you too deserve a pat on the back
