After using a different garage,. I went to Norman's for a second opinion. I wasn't dismissed or patronised, unlike the first garage. Unfortunately it does mean my car is going to the garage in the sky now, but the service, attitude, skill and professionalism was way above anywhere else over been. Thanks guys and Rose .

Friendly, Helpful and professional. Took my car to the guys for a pre-mot check in case it would need to be off the road for repairs etc. They told me the car was mechanically sound. this proves that they are honest people. Took the car back several weeks later , and the car passed its mot with no problems found. I took my previous car for the same thing. they told me that the cv gaiters had split. this was true, so I asked them to rectify this and mot the car etc. Thankyou guys.

The most helpful garage!!! and the kindest mechanics. Phil fixed the most ridiculous issue with my car, No other garage would help me with it and the one that did wanted to charge me £1000's. He couldn't of been any more helpful. Would never go anywhere else now. (unfortunately for them 🤣)

I’ve been using Normans garage for 3 years now. John and all the team are just fantastic. AA took my car here last week when my car got into a bit of an incident (nobody harmed thankfully). My engine decided to collapse almost to the ground on driver side whilst going over a speed bump, managed to get to a safe spot. However my car wasn’t drivable hence why AA came out. Found my drive shaft, engine mounting bults needed repairing. It was a tricky job or so I’m told but honestly my car feels amazing now when driving it now. I can’t thank the team enough and I’d recommended any of my family and friends to come here.
