After phoning and speaking to numerous removal companies that were either really expensive, unavailable or insistent that could move us in a Luton van starting at 9.30am we came across JD Removals. From start to finish they made what is a stressful day as stress free as possible. Mick and the team arrived around 7.30 am with a large Luton and a 7.5 ton lorry and quickly got down to work emptying the 4 bedroom house we were moving from completely by 11am. We then had a wait until the keys but as soon as we got them around 1pm it was all hands on deck again and they left the house shortly after 5.30pm. If you want as stress free move as possible that’s competitively prices then I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Awful. This was a removal from my grandads bungalow after his recent death. His fridge was damaged badly in the van due to how it was strapped tightly to some drawers. The tv screen was damaged too & it was not packaged how it’s advertised, there was no protection used. This company refused to take account, said it wasn’t his problem, threatened my partner & drove off without completing the job (we were left to carry the items up 3 flights of stairs). Told my partner that he didn’t have insurance, told my mother that the excess would be £250. No solutions have been offered & I think it’s disgusting to damage the only things I’ve had from my grandad & to just not care because they already had the £600 (for an afternoons work?). 0/10.
