J&B AUTOS was established in 1990 and has grown into a well respected, professional car repair garage and service centre based in Beeston, Nottingham. We provide a wide range of services for your car, including MOT & Servicing, Auto Diagnostics, Mechanical Repairs, Tyres & Exhausts, Batteries, Brakes and Air Conditioning Servicing, plus much more!

Liu Yusheng5 StarBooked an appointment at 1212 hrs and paid £60+ as an deposit, was clearly informed that deposit is only un-refundable if there is a last minute cancellation. Rang back the garage at 1430hrs on the same day to cancel the appointment, was told that no deposit will be refunded at all. Just a note for future users to be cautious with the booking system. Not used their car services yet, unable to comment on other aspect.

Update on the above incident:
Business owner made contact and promptly made refund after making aware of the incident. Matter was dealt in a very friendly and professional manner. She also clearly outlined the 3 day cancellation policy which helps a lot in clearing and future dispute. Promised that she will communicate this with her team. Impressed with her level of commitment and dedication to customer service. Would go back for their car service in future when needed.Tuesday 8th February 2022

They maintain, service and MOT both my car and campervan.
