Ivory and Veils was very prompt when answering all of my questions. They were extremely helpful and friendly. My dress arrived within days of ordering and fit perfectly. My dress was extremely affordable especially for the quality of gown that I received. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and with the dress I bought. So excited for my big day and now know I will look amazing! Thank you Ivory and Veils!

After a few stressful weeks of searching for a wedding dress and not being able to go to bridal shops because of current restrictions and lockdowns. I stumbled across ivory and veils on facebook and i was blown away by the dresses. After really struggling on which one i liked the most i finally found THE ONE! Brilliant customer service and always available to help. I would highly recommend having a look at the beautiful dresses they have. Thank you so much for everything

At the beginning the individual was kind and professional with me, I made them aware I had just been scammed and suffer with severe anxiety, all I asked for was to be kept on the loop, I had never seen the dress, purchased online, and so was on edge about the experience, when the day came that I was told I was to receive the tracking info and I had had no interaction with the person, I started to get worried, they had responded quickly up until that point, I didn't start asking for the tracking information until at least half past 3 in the afternoon, I asked twice, both times were ignored, I tried to take into account them being busy, so I then started to panic when I was receiving no reply (extremely bad customer service to not keep your customers in the loop) when I finally received the tracking info, I had no apology, nothing, and that upset me, not even sure why I'm putting 3 stars at this point, not only did I pay £15 for postage 1st class recorded, on the receipt the amount was less, and to find out it won't be shipped until Monday via the courier I might add, really annoyed me, I feel an apology should be issued, clearly the individual took my panic to heart, even after me explaining I suffer with severe anxiety, I've worked in retail most if my working life, and I cane easily say, that was one of the worst customer service experiences I've received and witnessed, you should always be kind to your customers, and ALWAYS keep them in the loop about the product they purchased, especially when never seen it and when they expressed they suffer with severe anxiety, then when taken to heart after hours went by with no reply, no update after messages read, you can see why I panicked, another friend of mine was going to purchase multiple dresses from you, but if this is the way you treat your customers, then she won't be, wholeheartedly disappointed, I might add that I stayed polite and respectful the entire way through, which is what upset me even more.

I’m selling my dress through Ivory & Veils. From our very first conversation I had with Zoe to dropping my dresses off at her boutique, everything has been very professional. Zoe has kept in touch throughout and I hope to hear that my dress has been sold soon 😊
